It’s time for the 2019 VAA “Asphalt King of the Road” Photo Contest! This year’s contest will follow the same rules with one exception – photos must be taken in Virginia. So, use your phones and cameras and send us your best high-resolution photo by September 1, 2019.
It doesn’t have to be a paving project photo! Think about your children riding their favorite toy on a great asphalt driveway, or walking your dog down a smooth residential street, maybe biking or hiking pictures on an asphalt trail. There are thousands of ways to show Asphalt as “King of the Road”!
First Prize – $250.00 and the cover of Virginia Asphalt magazine
Second Prize – $100.00 and an “ASPHALT King of the Road” tee shirt.
