The Fast Forward Program is applicable to Asphalt Field I & II, Asphalt Plant I & II, Slurry Surfacing and Surface Treatment. A student must be a Virginia resident to take advantage of these funds. If you are NOT a Virginia resident but still want to sign up for a VECAT course, you will need to contact Germanna to complete a required Opt-Out form.
