Prerequisite: Asphalt Field Level 1 course
Course topics: Specifications and QC/QA testing. The intended audience is field personnel directly responsible for control, placement and testing of asphalt as well as Construction Inspectors, Senior Construction Inspectors, Consultant Construction Inspectors, Senior Consultant Construction Inspectors, Materials IA & QA personnel and Permit Inspectors. The class will be mandatory for Paving Superintendents and Density technicians. CALCULATOR REQUIRED. Exam required for certification. No proficiency required.
