On the afternoon of September 18th, VDOT Senior Leadership will meet with VAA Members from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the historic Jefferson Hotel in Downtown Richmond.
A combination of formal presentations and a “Board Plus” format will be used to facilitate casual and open dialogue. For those not familiar with this format, it simply means the room will be set up like a board of directors meeting with VDOT’s Central Office Senior Leadership and VDOT’s District Engineers at the table with the VAA Board of Directors. Additional seating will be set up around the “board table” for VAA members who wish to attend. Please note, this meeting is open to all members, so we strongly encourage you to attend and participate (questions and comments are welcome from all who attend). Members don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of the discussion between VAA’s Board of Directors and VDOT’S Senior Management & District Engineers. A cocktail reception will follow the meeting.
Plan to stay the night and register to play in the RJS Scholarship Tournament the following day!
