Submit a humorous picture to Virginia Asphalt Association for display on their website.
Each month a picture will be chosen from those submitted to be displayed on the VAA website for the next 30 days. Please no copywrited photos. VAA reserves the right to choose the photo’s we feel are appropriate to display on our website.
