75th Annual Meeting

We’re heading SOUTH to celebrate 75 years!

VAA’s 75th Anniversary Annual Meeting will take place June 17–19 at The Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, Florida. Join us as we mark this milestone year at one of South Florida’s most iconic luxury resorts, blending celebration, connection, and industry insight in a beautiful coastal setting. Members are encouraged to bring their families and enjoy everything the resort and the surrounding area have to offer between engaging sessions and networking events.

This year’s Annual Meeting will kick off on the morning of Wednesday, June 17, with the annual golf tournament, followed by a Welcome Reception that evening to officially begin our 75th anniversary celebration. Throughout the meeting, attendees will enjoy informative sessions on key industry topics, time to connect with peers, and opportunities to relax and recharge. Additional networking events and evening celebrations will highlight our past, present, and future as we honor this historic milestone.

Hotel Reservations at The Boca Raton

Our room block for the VAA 75th Annual Meeting (June 17–19, 2026) is available at The Boca Raton, which offers four unique on-site hotel experiences across its Harborside and Beachside campuses. Complimentary resort transportation, including a water taxi between Harborside and Beachside, is available for all guests.

Note: The initial rate shown online may appear higher; the VAA discounted rate will be applied once the reservation is added to your cart.

If the reservation link does not show availability for your desired extended dates, please book Wednesday–Friday first, then email Tigre. We can work with the hotel to adjust your check-in or check-out dates within the VAA room block. However, once requests are submitted, our reservations coordinator will review them and confirm what is possible given their current inventory.

Cancellation Policy: The first two nights of your stay are taken as a deposit at the time of reservation. To receive a full refund, cancellation is required at least 3 days before arrival.
