76th Annual Meeting | Save the Date
Save the date for the Virginia Asphalt Association’s 76th Annual Meeting, taking place June 14–16, 2027, at the beautiful Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Join fellow VAA members, industry leaders, and their families for one of the Association’s most anticipated events of the year. The Annual Meeting brings our membership together for valuable industry discussions, networking, recreation, and plenty of time to connect and enjoy one of Florida’s premier oceanfront resorts.
The Annual Meeting will kick off on Monday, June 14, with our morning PAC Golf Tournament, followed by an evening Welcome Reception. Tuesday begins with morning meeting sessions before attendees break for lunch on their own, followed by an afternoon of optional planned activities or time to enjoy the resort at their leisure. That evening, we’ll come back together for our Annual Banquet Dinner, followed by an After-Glow Networking Night on the beach. The meeting concludes on Wednesday, June 16, with our final morning education sessions.

- Run of Ocean: $429++ per night
- Preferred Oceanfront: $704++ per night
- Superior Oceanfront: $804++ per night
- Oceanfront Suite: $1,354++ per night
