VDOT is the single largest customer for the asphalt industry. More than four million tons of mix per year is provided for use on VDOT projects or to VDOT directly. Beyond this tonnage, VDOT specifications and guidelines impact most of the non-VDOT tonnage produced in the state. With VDOT having such a big impact, both directly and indirectly, it is important that companies understand what VDOT wants and VDOT understands what companies can provide. Through formal and informal meetings, this exchange of information can strengthen the partnership between VDOT and the asphalt industry.

On the morning of October 13, VDOT Senior Leadership will meet with VAA Members from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Richmond Marriott Downtown. A continental breakfast will be available and there will be a VAA Members meeting from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

Seating is limited.  VAA has a small room block at the Richmond Marriott Downtown for this event.  Both seating and the hotel room block are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
